Firm Successfully Represents Roedel Companies, Inc. in Their Purchase of the Historic Hotel Saranac

Attorneys John J. Muldowney and Matt McArdle represented Roedel Companies, Inc. in their purchase of the historic Hotel Saranac, an anchor and centerpiece in the Village of Saranac Lake. Roedel Companies is a New Hampshire based business that owns, operates and constructs hotels throughout the Eastern United States. With the assistance of a $5 Million grant facilitated through the Economic Development Corporation and the encouragement of Governor Andrew Cuomo, Roedel Companies intends to restore the hotel to its once-glorious past.
