Robert Lawyer began working for the firm as a summer intern while in law school. He joined the firm as an associate in the summer of 2015.

Robert received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2015, and a B.S. from Ithaca College in 2012. A native of New York's North Country, he grew up in Tupper Lake, New York, and graduated from Tupper Lake Central School in 2008.

Robert was given membership to the Order of the Barristers in recognition of his moot court accomplishments during his three years at Albany Law School. In his final year, he was named Best Oral Advocate in the school's Senior Prize Competition. Additionally, in both his second and third years, he received the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association prize, an award given to the school's best trial advocate competing in the AAJ Nationwide Trial Competition. Robert graduated having earned Deans' List honors during all four of his eligible semesters at Albany Law School.

The newest attorney in the firm, Robert is proud to represent and zealously advocate for clients in the North Country, where he was born and raised. He will focus his practice in the areas of litigation and workers' compensation.
